Fujitsu LifeBook N6410

The LifeBook N6410 is one of the most media-capable desktop replacements on the market today with a massive hard drive, built-in TV tuner, excellent graphical performance, and 17-inch widescreen display, along with a Windows XP Media Center operating system.

Truly designed with performance in mind, however, this machine is far heavier than most other laptops, to the point where it is barely portable at all. A weight of 10.6 lbs., combined with low battery life and poor Wi-Fi range means that this is definitely not a good choice for the frequent traveler.

Those who are looking for truly desktop-level performance in a laptop shaped package, and are prepared to pay a premium for occasional portability, however, should be very happy with this highly capable machine.
